This paper relates the data collection campaign performed in Cabrera by the Systems, Robotics and Vision Group-MARIS of the University of the Balearic Islands, in the frame of the ConBoSer project aimed at getting visual and acoustic cues from the seabed in submarine habitats of special ecological interest. Missions were run in the Cabrera National Park using an Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) and a static stereo rig deployed on the seabottom.
