To achieve a misalignment-resistant dual-port output wireless power transfer (WPT) system with high coil design flexibility, this paper proposes a WPT system based on the LCC–LCC compensation topology and its parameter design methodology. By establishing an equivalent circuit model of the system, two approaches for achieving zero-phase-angle (ZPA) input and a design method for dual-port output parameters are derived. Building upon this, a control factor β incorporating coil parameters is introduced to construct an adaptive modulation strategy for coil and compensation parameters. This strategy effectively suppresses mutual inductance fluctuations caused by coil misalignment by establishing a mapping relationship between the mutual inductance offset ratio and compensation parameters. Experimental results demonstrate that the system maintains ZPA input across load ranges of 5–20 Ω and X/Y axis offsets reaching 50% of the coil diameter, suppressing output voltage and current fluctuations to within 10%.
