Rural clinics in Nigeria face challenges related to service delivery and clinical outcomes. A quasi-experimental design was employed, including pre- and post-intervention assessments at selected clinics. Data were collected using standardised questionnaires and electronic health records for analysis. In the sample of rural clinics, there was an observed improvement in patient satisfaction scores by 15% (95% CI: 7%, 24%) following system enhancements. The quasi-experimental design proved effective in measuring clinical outcomes and methodological aspects of rural clinic systems. Further research should be conducted to validate these findings across different regions and clinics, with a focus on sustainability and scalability of the implemented improvements. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
