This review explores two photon physics, highlighting its theoretical potential for precise tests of chiral perturbation theory.
The DAPHNE γγ physics program is reviewed. It is shown that although the phase space available at such machine is rather small, nevertheless it coverts a region of great theoretical interest which gives the possibility to do very precise tests of Chiral Perturbation Theory.
