Abstract

目的 依据传统煎煮法优选滋阴止眩方的最佳提取工艺。 方法 采用HPLC法和紫外-可见分光光度法,以出膏率、天麻素和总糖含量为指标,利用层次分析法确定各指标的权重系数,确定综合评分方法,以提取时间、加水倍数和提取次数为考察因素,在单因素考察基础上结合Box-Behnken设计-响应面法优选滋阴止眩方最佳提取工艺参数。 结果 根据层次分析确定出膏率、天麻素、总糖的权重系数分别为0.539 0、0.297 2、0.163 8,滋阴止眩方的最佳提取工艺为加18倍量水,提取1.5 h,提取3次,验证结果与模型预测值之间的RSD为0.23%,说明本模型具有良好的预测性。 结论 采用响应面法优选的滋阴止眩方提取工艺方法可行,为滋阴止眩合剂后续的工艺开发和的质量控制提供参考。
