Abstract

The Human Mirror Systems Framework is a proprietary diagnostic and design methodology developed by Akansha Sukhija for embedding tools, technologies, and organizational frameworks into human systems in a way that holds across industries and organizational scales. Rooted in the philosophy introduced in The Human Mirror: AI, Perception, and the Co-Creation of Reality, the framework is built on a central premise: technology reflects the human system it enters. If that system is misaligned, fragmented, or psychologically unsafe, no tool will fix it — it will amplify it. The framework applies five diagnostic layers — Attention and Capacity, Shared Language and Context, Psychological Safety, Layered and Localized Communication, and Intentional Feedback Loops — to assess human system readiness before implementation begins and to design the conditions that allow cocreation between humans and technology to genuinely work.
