This conceptual architecture enhances decision-making by observing thought processes, preserving human judgment.
Artificial Intelligence systems increasingly assist human decision-making.However, most AI systems attempt to generate answers or judgments, which can unintentionally replace human reasoning processes. This paper introduces SHINOS (Structural Human Intelligence Navigation Operating System), a conceptual architecture designed to observe and structure human thought processes without replacing human judgment. SHINOS integrates a structural observation engine called Cognitive Mirror and a transformation layer called Injection OS , enabling structured analysis of human thinking logs and their transformation into multiple application outputs. The goal of SHINOS is not to replace human cognition but to preserve human judgment while augmenting structural awareness of thought. --- 近年、AIは人間の意思決定を支援する方向へ急速に進化している。一方、多くのAIシステムは答えや判断を生成し、結果として人間の思考プロセスそのものを置き換える危険性を持つ。 本稿は、SHINOS(Structural Human Intelligence Navigation Operating System)
