This document introduces the RELISH project, its critical framework, and a discussion on how culinary recipes can work as cultural and digital tools to strengthen EU heritage. It is a deliverable (D1.2) for the European Union-funded RELISH (Reframing European gastronomy Legacy through Innovation, Sustainability and Heritage) project, which innovates culinary recipes as digital and cultural tools to promote cultural heritage and connect with emerging adults.
