ABSTRACT An innovative supply chain integrates new processes, technologies, and collaborative practices to enhance adaptability, efficiency, and value creation. Innovation is essential to a firm's long‐term growth and is a continuous process for any business. This research aims to examine the relationships among organizational capabilities in the innovative supply chain. A deductive, quantitative research method using a survey technique was employed. Data was collected through purposive sampling on a five‐point Likert scale from 609 respondents. Hypotheses were tested using CB‐SEM in IBM SPSS and AMOS version 22. The findings found that human resource capabilities and information sharing (each) are positively and significantly associated with organizational learning capability and innovative supply chain, respectively. However, the organizational learning capability partially mediated the relationship between human resource capabilities and the innovative supply chain. In contrast, full mediation was found in the relationship between information sharing and the innovative supply chain. This research highlights the critical role of enhancing human resource capabilities and information sharing in strengthening organizational learning, which is associated with higher levels of supply chain innovation and more effective responses to disruptions. In practice, logistics and manufacturing companies can leverage these insights to invest in workforce development and collaborative technologies, thereby improving agility and competitiveness in volatile markets.
