We derive full general relativity to all orders from BCT condensate geometry using the Jacobson-Parentani analogue gravity theorem. The Einstein-Hilbert action emerges from the BCT stiff-condensate condition cₛ = c, which follows exactly from the Josephson coupling. This is a structural result establishing GR as a derived consequence of BCT, not a postulate.
