Abstract

Osteoarthritis In article number 2400542, Feng Zhou, Qian Chen, Bin Li, and co-workers present a hyaluronan synthase 2-encoding lentivirus-loaded dexamethasone sodium phosphate hydrogel (HAS2@DexP-Gel). The hydrogel enhances endogenous hyaluronan production, reduces synovial inflammation, and delays cartilage degeneration. This research introduces a novel combinatorial nanotherapy approach for treating osteoarthritis.
