Proposes a universal framework of rules affecting different scales in nature, suggesting new insights across disciplines.
"This paper proposes that the universe operates on one set of rules which express differently at every scale and environment. The framework presents four connected observations: universal rules produce local expressions demonstrated through chemistry and physics; environments where rules express differently may constitute functional dimensions; life and civilisation are defined too narrowly by human observation bias; and pattern recognition may be the faster path to unified theory. The ocean is proposed as a functional fifth dimension. Several established theories including Many Worlds, Simulation Theory, and Copenhagen Interpretation are examined through the observer limitation lens. Status: Preliminary hypothesis. Peer review invited."
