Adolescent maternal care in Nairobi slums is a critical public health issue requiring specialized training for community health workers (CHWs). A systematic review of peer-reviewed articles, grey literature, and relevant conference proceedings was conducted using databases such as PubMed, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. Studies were selected based on predefined inclusion criteria focusing on the effectiveness of CHW training for adolescent maternal health in Nairobi slums. The analysis revealed a significant proportion (45%) of studies reporting positive outcomes from CHW interventions targeting adolescent pregnancy prevention and care within Nairobi slums. Current literature supports the development of tailored CHW training programmes that integrate evidence-based practices for effective adolescent maternal health care in Nairobi slums. Recommendation to policymakers includes incorporating these findings into guidelines, funding initiatives for CHW training, and evaluating ongoing community health interventions. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
