Rwanda has implemented a digital health records system (DHRs) in its primary healthcare centers to integrate with telemedicine services for improved patient outcomes. A mixed-method approach was employed, including quantitative data analysis from electronic health records (EHR) and qualitative interviews with healthcare providers and patients. During the study period, a significant improvement of 25% in diagnostic accuracy for common skin conditions among telemedicine consultations compared to traditional face-to-face appointments was observed. The integration of DHRs and telemedicine services has positively impacted patient outcomes in Rwanda's primary healthcare centers.
