This study was conducted during the dry season (February to May 2016) in Dinder National Park to assess tree species density, relative density, frequency, and abundance across five Mayas: Abdel Ghani, Musa, Ras Amir, Ein-Elshamis, and Gererrisa. Data were collected using the transect line sampling method and analyzed to determine spatial distribution patterns. Results indicated variation in tree abundance and density per square kilometer among the Mayas. The most abundant and dominant species were Acacia seyal, Ziziphus spp., Combretum spp., Balanites aegyptiaca, and Acacia polycantha, with Acacia seyal covering the largest area and exhibiting the widest distribution within the park. To manage the proliferation of Acacia seyal, the study recommends controlled harvesting and sale in local markets and nearby villages, potentially reducing human intrusion into the park and supporting conservation efforts
