Abstract

To systematically elucidate the underlying mechanism of the beneficial role of UGP in NASH, transcriptome RNA-seq was performed on the livers of NC, HFD, and UGP-treated HFD mice. First, a quantitative analysis was performed on each group's gene expression. A Venn map was used to depict the number of genes that were uniquely expressed in each group. This map revealed 6873 genes that crossovered between NC, HFD, and HFD+UGP groups
