The study was designed to develop competencies in networked communicative culture (NCC) and digital etiquette (DE) in the online space within universities in Kazakhstan through the design, implementation, and evaluation of the effectiveness of the proprietary program CyberEdNetworks. It was conducted at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University and the Eurasian National University. The sample consisted of 378 students from the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology and the Faculty of Geography, with 53 faculty members participating. As a result, it can be asserted that an increase was observed in the examined indicators for both groups of respondents. No strong correlation was found between digital assessments and academic parameters. Similar data indicated no correlation between teaching experience and the dynamics of networked communicative culture and digital etiquette. The practical significance of the article is based on the experimental verification of the implementation of the author’s approach to the development of DE and NCC for academic subjects through the CyberEdNetworks program. The findings confirm that the CyberEdNetworks program is an effective model for fostering ethical and competent digital communication within university communities.
