This review aims to systematically review and analyze the behavior change pathways of digital wearable devices in supporting exercise self‑management among patients with type 2 diabetes. In addition, it uses machine learning‑assisted text mining methods to identify key factors and their application models, thereby providing theoretical support and empirical evidence for subsequent intervention design and digital health management practice.
