INTRODUCTION: Mucormycosis is a life-threatening invasive fungal infection that occurs mainly in patients who are immunocompromised. Here, we report a case of mucormycosis with characteristic gastric ulcers and severe vascular invasion after ABO-incompatible living-donor liver transplantation.
