AbstractWe present the complete set of falsifiable predictions derived from the EGESB-G2framework (Papers I-IV), together with the open problems register and a structuredresearch roadmap. Fourteen quantitative predictions span five experimental domains:particle physics (LHC, FCC-ee), cosmology (DESI, Euclid, Rubin LSST), gravitationalphysics (Eot-Wash sub-mm experiments, pulsar timing arrays), astrophysics (SPARC,JWST, ALMA), and medical imaging (G2-TRI). Each prediction is presented with itsnumerical value, the experimental test, the timeline, and the conditions under which theprediction would falsify the framework. The open problems register classifies 31 problemsby resolution status: 12 resolved, 6 partially resolved, and 13 open. A self-referentiality auditexplicitly identifies four unresolved circular dependencies that constitute the primarytheoretical uncertainties. Scientific integrity requires that any prediction falsified byobservation leads to revision or rejection of the corresponding part of the framework. Keywords: falsifiable predictions, open problems, research roadmap, DESI, Euclid, LHC,SPARC, G2-TRI, dark energy, Kaluza-Klein, Eot-Wash, self-referentiality audit
