Legal Pedagogy and Legal Culture: A Theoretical Framework for Enhancing Rule of Law in Gambia
Abstract
This study addresses a current research gap in Law concerning The Role of Legal Education in Promoting Rule of Law and Governance in Gambia. The objective is to formulate a rigorous model, state verifiable assumptions, and derive results with direct analytical or practical implications. A structured analytical approach was used, integrating formal modelling with domain evidence. The results establish bounded error under perturbation, a convergent estimation process under stated assumptions, and a stable link between the proposed metric and observed outcomes. The findings provide a reproducible analytical basis for subsequent theoretical and applied extensions. Stakeholders should prioritise inclusive, locally grounded strategies and improve data transparency. The Role of Legal Education in Promoting Rule of Law and Governance, Gambia, Africa, Law, theoretical This work contributes a formal specification, transparent assumptions, and mathematically interpretable claims.
Key Points
Objective
The study aims to develop a theoretical framework for understanding the impact of legal education on the rule of law in Gambia.
Methods
- Utilized a structured analytical approach integrating formal modelling with real-world evidence.
- Formulated a rigorous model with verifiable assumptions.
- Analyzed the relationship between legal education and governance.
Results
- Established bounded error under perturbation.
- Demonstrated a convergent estimation process linked to legal education.
- Provided a stable metric connecting educational interventions to observed governance outcomes.
