Establishes multiscale rules to classify effective regimes in RCD 2.0, suggesting improved coherence in analysis.
Paper P1-bis v1.0 of the Radial Coherential Dynamics (RCD) 2.0 program. Establishes the multiscale matching rules that connect the three effective regimes of the parent coherential action S_eff[C] constructed in P1 v1.1. Three dimensionless control parameters are identified: eta = l_K / L_C (kernel support vs. field variation scale), sigma = a / l_K (coarse-graining cell size vs. kernel support), and delta = Delta_C / C_* (binary amplitude separation vs. resolution scale). The infrared cosmological regime (S_eff to S_P2) is controlled by eta much less than 1; the smooth inhomogeneous regime (gradient expansion) requires eta of order 1 with sigma much less than 1; and the binary-Hamming regime (D_K to kappa d_H) requires sigma at least 1 and delta much greater than 1. Vertical consistency between regimes is demonstrated. Three kill switches protect against inconsistency, hidden parameters, and dead zones. This document serves as the scale dictionary of the RCD 2.0 program.
