This manuscript provides a full-scale economic and technical assessment of SmartPo.VoxsVibe.com, an industrial document intelligence system powered by the proprietary VoxsVibe Engine. The study evaluates the platform's performance on a massive five-year corpus of 1,000,000 purchase orders. Key Technical & Economic Highlights:* Proven Accuracy: The system achieves a sustained end-to-end accuracy of 99.86% across the full benchmark.* Optimized Velocity: Average processing latency is maintained at approximately 3 seconds per document, representing a technically efficient operating point.* Cost Efficiency: Operating costs are reduced to 5–10 THB per page, compared to 15–20 THB for manual entry, implying direct savings of 5–15 million THB per 1,000,000 documents.* Exceptional Robustness: High precision is maintained even on "difficult" subsets, including 100,000 handwritten documents and 200,000 low-resolution or blurred images.* Enterprise-Ready: The system features seamless connectivity to SAP (via OData), ERP modules, and industrial databases, transforming document handling into a high-leverage efficiency hub.
