This work presents an axiomatic and computational framework for modeling hypothetical spacetime manipulation systems under energy constraints. The framework is constructed using logical consistency rules, energy accounting principles, and simulation-based update dynamics. The model incorporates speculative constructs such as exotic energy accumulation, threshold-based activation conditions, and large-scale energy harvesting inspired by stellar megastructures. The work is explicitly theoretical and does not claim physical realizability. Instead, it aims to explore internal logical consistency and structured modeling of high-energy conceptual systems. Mathematical formalization is provided using deterministic and conditional equations, and the system is designed to be compatible with computational simulation environments.
