Community health centers (CHCs) in Senegal play a crucial role in providing accessible healthcare services to underserved populations. However, there is limited empirical evidence on their effectiveness and efficiency in clinical outcomes. Panel data analysis was employed to examine the impact of CHC interventions on health indicators. Fixed effects models were used to control for unobserved heterogeneity among regions. The fixed effects regression model revealed a significant positive effect (p < 0. 05) of CHCs on patient recovery rates, indicating an average increase of 12% in hospital discharge outcomes. This study provides robust evidence supporting the efficacy of CHC systems in enhancing clinical outcomes and offers insights for policy formulation and resource allocation. The findings suggest that further investment and continuous monitoring are necessary to sustain and improve CHCs' impact on patient recovery rates.
