Clinical trial reveals efficacy of YL202/BNT326 in EGFR-mutated NSCLC, suggesting potential for new treatments.
Conclusions:The HER3 ADC YL202/BNT326 shows encouraging efficacy with a manageable safety profile (low neutropenia and ILD rates) in 2L+ non-sq/squamous NSCLC pts without AGA and confirms activity in EGFR-mutated pts.Based on these results, YL202/BNT326 is being evaluated in combination with pumitamig (BNT327), an investigational anti-PD-L1xVEGF-A bispecific antibody, in NSCLC (NCT07111520).Clinical trial identification: NCT06107686.
