Key Points

  • The aim is to discuss a rare case of Müllerian-type clear cell adenocarcinoma of the urethra.
  • Case report of a 58-year-old woman with urethral carcinoma.
  • Imaging studies were performed to exclude gynecological origins.
  • Histological examination was conducted to identify tumor characteristics.
  • Only about 250 cases of clear cell adenocarcinoma reported in English literature.
  • Imaging suggested a Müllerian duct remnant or metaplasia as the origin of the tumor.
  • The tumor presented at an advanced stage with nonspecific symptoms.
