This work introduces a geometric framework in which circular boundaries are represented through intersections with a rhombic lattice partition of the plane. A rhombic cell intersected by successive concentric circular shells contains a curved segment of the circular boundary. The construction establishes a geometric correspondence between square, right triangle, circle and rhombus through a single invariant segment. Within this framework the cumulative geometric capacity generated by the radius follows the quadratic relation E(r) = 2r². The result is formalized through the Valadis Rhombic Intersection Theorem, describing how continuous circular geometry can be locally represented through discrete rhombic lattice structures.
