Abstract

Leiomyomas are a rare finding in the vulva. They can present clinically with a swelling of the affected area and pain or discomfort during movement or sitting. We present a case of a postmenopausal patient with a preoperative histopathological diagnosis of leiomyoma of the left labia. Surgical access for in toto excision is discussed.
