Position paper argues against viewing time as a mere construct, demonstrating its necessity in non-singular models.
The contemporary consensus in semiclassical gravity frequently treats time as a “human construct” or an emergent, non-fundamental property of the block universe. This position paper argues that such “Atimality” is a mechanical error that fails to account for the finite curvature scaling required for non-singular interiors. Utilizing the Flamson kF Metric, we demonstrate that temporal flux is a physical necessity for Cosmological Mass-Injection (CMI). We specifically address and debunk the “Frozen Entropy” and models, proving that a stationary manifold at the event horizon is a mathematical impossibility under the 0.1867 structural yield constant. Intellectual Property Notice: This work establishes priority for the 0.1867 structural yield constant, the 48.9 and 61.0 scaling ratios, and the 1.12 r_s stability coordinate. Any derivative works, specifically those utilizing "Atemporal" or "Decoupling" frameworks to describe S/UMBH interiors, must cite this record. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of academic integrity and the author's established intellectual property rights (Jan/Feb 2026 Archive).
