A Comprehensive AI-Powered Platform for Startup Guidance, Networking and Growth in India

Entrepreneurs in India often struggle with limited access to structured guidance, legal resources, and funding opportunities. To address this, we propose an AI-powered digital platform that provides personalized startup guidance, legal resources and compliance support, funding alerts, and networking with mentors and investors. The system integrates machine learning algorithms such as collaborative filtering for personalized mentor and investor recommendations, clustering (K-Means) to group similar startups, and gradient boosting for funding success prediction. For interaction, it employs NLP models—BERT for semantic search of legal and funding documents, and GPT-based conversational models for query handling and personalized advice. By combining these techniques into a unified platform, the project creates a scalable ecosystem that accelerates entrepreneurial growth and fasters collaboration.
