Investigation showcases cosmological solutions in 5D, revealing implications for cosmic acceleration and domain wall dynamics.
We investigate a 5D anisotropic universe with domain walls and strange quark matter in Einstein gravity, presenting exact cosmological solutions that reveal novel higher-dimensional effects. The model demonstrates how the extra dimension couples to spacetime anisotropy through [Formula: see text], producing accelerated domain wall decay ([Formula: see text]) and modified quark matter stability conditions. Our results predict observable signatures in CMB anisotropies and gravitational waves, while resolving the domain wall problem through 5D geometry. The framework naturally addresses the late-time cosmic acceleration through geometrical effects without requiring a cosmological constant, and provides a mechanism for domain wall suppression that eliminates fine-tuning problems present in 4D models. This work establishes a new framework for testing extra-dimensional physics through cosmological observations.
