Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become an increasingly important aspect of business operations globally, particularly in developing economies such as Angola. Understanding CSR practices within multinational corporations (MNCs) is crucial for assessing their impact on societal and environmental issues. The analysis is based on secondary data sourced from publicly available reports and articles published by MNCs operating in Angola during the specified year. A thematic approach was used to categorize and analyse the CSR activities reported by these entities. Among the identified CSR areas, environmental sustainability initiatives accounted for a significant proportion (35%) of all reported practices, reflecting the growing awareness and commitment of MNCs towards ecological responsibility in Angola. While the findings suggest that MNCs are making efforts to align their operations with sustainable development goals, there is room for improvement in areas such as transparency and community engagement. Recommendations will be provided to enhance these practices. The recommendations include increasing public disclosure of CSR activities, strengthening partnerships with local communities, and promoting more inclusive corporate governance frameworks.
