This framework constrains physical state evolutions prior to observation, suggesting limits for future theories.
This work presents a pre-phenomenological constraint framework intended to delimit the class of admissible physical state evolutions prior to observational realization. The formulation is deliberately non-inventory & pre-metric: it does not assume particles, forces, constants, spacetime geometry, or temporal structure as primitives. Instead, the framework specifies structural conditions: continuity, locality, bounded change, and persistence; that must be satisfied before phenomenological descriptions become meaningful. The work is not a predictive dynamical theory and does not compute observables. Its purpose is foundational: to constrain what future physical theories may consistently describe, rather than to replace existing phenomenological models.Note:This work was developed through an interactive process in which the author supplied the theoretical framework, axioms, and conceptual structure. An AI system was used solely as an editorial and logical consistency aid under explicit author-defined constraints. The AI did not originate the theory or its claims and bears no authorship or responsibility.
