A BSTRACT Preeclampsia is a hypertensive disorder unique to pregnancy, characterized by multisystem involvement and potentially life-threatening complications for both mother and fetus. Often presented with subtle clinical features, it can rapidly evolve into severe disease involving multi-organs if not detected and treated in time. Here, we report a case presenting with eclamptic fits. She was immediately delivered after stabilization. Postoperatively, she showed features of HELLP syndrome, pancreatitis, which was a surprise, and finally ending up with partial dehiscence of the rectus sheath at the suture site. Every step of the management of this case tested our resilience.
