Building on Certificate-I and Certificate-II, this manuscript develops refined causal readability, refined geometric readability, local-to-global readability, failure taxonomy, and Transfer Principle III. The aim is to clarify how a controlled readable sector may support certificate-level emergent geometry. The paper is structural and certificate-level in scope, not a claim of final physical closure, unique Lorentzian realization, or completed field dynamics.
