Within the framework of Instantaneous Teleportation Cosmos (ITC) theory, the basal structure is endowed with six core properties, among which P1 (Storage Perfection) guarantees the eternal preservation of information. However, a profound question arises: since the future has not yet occurred, how can it be preserved? If the future is merely a set of unrealized possibilities, does its preservation at the basal level hold any meaning? Starting from the first principles of ITC theory and incorporating the probabilistic nature of quantum mechanics, this paper systematically addresses this issue. It first distinguishes between the phenomenological future and the ontological future, pointing out that what is preserved at the basal level is not a predetermined sequence of future events, but rather the complete quantum state of the universe at each moment, along with the probabilistic information of all future possibilities inherent in that quantum state. As an intrinsic property of the quantum state, this probabilistic information is eternally preserved by P1 alongside records of the past. The paper further argues that although the cosmic state continually evolves, the quantum state at each moment is permanently preserved, providing an informational foundation for causal tracing, many-worlds interpretations, and conscious access via P6. This mechanism is not only compatible with the indeterminism of quantum mechanics but also offers a rigorous physical interpretation of the ancient insight found in the Akashic Records—that “past, present, and future are one”.
