Key Points

  • The aim is to advance the Encode-Decode Field Theory by exploring consciousness, mass, and their interrelations.
  • Extended the theory by deriving consciousness parameters from sensory parameter activation.
  • Developed the Thermodynamic Transition Equation through a new formal process without a spacetime grid.
  • Identified mass as a function of disturbance and observer creation, validated through visual system analysis.
  • Established consciousness as selective sensory activation governed by a priority system.
  • Provided a new equation for thermodynamic transitions, quantified for visual systems.
  • Identified mass as a convergence of disturbances in the encoding process, leading to dynamic observer states.

Abstract

This paper extends the Encode-Decode Field Theory of Reality (DOI: 10. 5281/zenodo. 19092394) in three directions. Level 2A derives consciousness as the selective activation of 1-2% of 3. 5 billion sensory parameters from Boltzmann-weighted superposition, driven by a functional motive weight Wₘ — a discrete priority rank system governing which Node activation set holds the singular encode-decode cycle. Memory is a continuously shifting probability distribution, not physical storage. Creativity is first-time Node selection. The brain shares six scale-invariant geometric properties with Earth, eye, and Sun. Brain energy consumption equals the exact Landauer cost of the activation rate (20W). Level 2B derives the Thermodynamic Transition Equation T (A→B) = Eₒp (φ, ∂V) ·δ (E−P−Sₒut) in eight steps from the Level 1 master equation, formally replacing the Feynman Path Integral without assuming a pre-existing spacetime grid. Quantified for the visual system with exact energy values. Level 3 identifies mass as convergence pressure accumulated through disturbance on the encode side — the condition that creates the observer center. Wave is the inert propagating output. Release of mass is an instantaneous phase transition. Eight falsifiable predictions are stated. Seven original visual diagrams included.
