This paper introduces eSociety, a socio-technical framework that transforms institutional trust into a measurable, verifiable, and economically consequential variable through the integration of governance metrics and digital asset systems. At its core, eSociety establishes the TrustIndex as a unified representation of institutional effectiveness, directly linked to a crypto-economic layer that reflects governance quality in real time. The framework proposes a structural coupling between authority and responsibility, ensuring that institutional actions produce measurable and financially significant outcomes. By embedding transparency, accountability, and performance into a unified system, eSociety redefines the relationship between governance, markets, and society. All concepts, indices, mechanisms, architectures, and systemic formulations presented in this work — including but not limited to the TrustIndex, institutional scoring models, responsibility functions, and their integration with crypto-economic systems — are the original creations of Roman Borisovich Lukin and constitute his exclusive intellectual property.
