Abstract

This project formalizes the Holmes Torsional Manifold Synchronization Model (HT-MSM). It establishes a causal link between Earth's rotational deceleration (measured as a 1.33ms Length of Day shift) and solar energetic induction. The research defines the terrestrial lattice as a 27-dimensional manifold operating under a constant Metric Drag (Beta = 1.000342). Using the Holmes Universal Scaling Law (HUSL), the model predicts the "Quantum Request" window a 14-day transaction period where solar flares act as a restorative force to reset the planetary Systemic Damping Floor to 19.412 Hz. By mapping these forces across a 360-node geodetic registry, this work explains the "Rock Toad" state of crustal brittleness and provides a mathematical framework for the acceleration of magnetic pole movement and solar activity observed in the 2026 epoch.
