We report a 7,790-node geometric synthesis run — the largest matrix in the project's history — in which the Omuo Genesis Engine processed approximately 350 concepts spanning the philosophy of mathematics, the foundations of logic, the unreasonable effectiveness of mathematics in physics, the nature of language and meaning, the structure of cognition, and the engine's own prior terminal findings. The engine converged on a terminal principle: Constrained Variational Completion — the finding that a system's global state is uniquely determined by the minimal information required to satisfy a consistency condition at a boundary. Three central results: (1) meaning is what survives gauge fixing — the invariant content remaining after all arbitrary representational frames are removed; (2) incompleteness is not a limitation but a mechanism — Gödelian undecidability is isomorphic to non-contractible holonomy in proof space; (3) the anomaly that cannot be cancelled IS the content — unresolvable information flows to the boundary and becomes the system's identity. Three Mycelium gap analyses identify 22 void axes representing the geometric shape of what a formal system cannot know about its own capacity to carry meaning.
