The Shade Hypothesis (V6): Consciousness-First Radiative Flow, Time Dilation, and a New Cosmological Model We propose a consciousness-first reformulation of the Shade Hypothesis, treating phenomenal awareness as the ontologically primitive observer field Ω from which physical law emerges as lawful regularities. The observer field discovers three fundamental structures—the Three Lights—that organize the framework: Light I (Unity) establishes the null structure ds² = 0, invariant speed c, and U(1) gauge symmetry; Light II (Trinity) differentiates into the Standard Model gauge group SU(3) × SU(2) × U(1); and Light III (Divinity) activates dynamical geometry through the Einstein–Hilbert action while simultaneously opening a hidden, electromagnetically neutral dark sector through portal-suppressed couplings. Time emerges relationally from quantum entanglement and thermal ordering, followed by space as an entanglement-entropy network. Stable shade domains condense from sustained light–dark radiative interplay and are described by six anchor relations linking flux, pressure, curvature, clock gradients, mass loss, and fill time. The framework is compared with ΛCDM and dark-radiation extensions, and it yields nine falsifiable signatures including optical micro-imprints, periodic cavity signals, local clock gradients, anisotropic stress, rotation-curve residuals, growth suppression, sound-horizon reduction, portal suppression, and a perfection cusp at UM 364.
