MAV-MCC — Unified General Theory v0. 1. 4This record is the v0. 1. 4 hardened cross-scale update of the MAV-MCC Unified General Theory publication set. It preserves the frozen historical blind framework of v0. 1 and adds a structured strengthening sequence focused on the compact CMB branch, which had remained the most tense positive anchor of the system. What v0. 1. 4 addslow-ℓ CMB hardening focused on the empirically stressed low-multipole sector;canonical compression of the low-ℓ branch into a reduced active-DOF form;partial derivation of the low-ℓ branch from the frozen minimal subclass Θₘin;a first uploaded-data-only micro→CMB cross-link using STAR/CMS/ALICE/BESIII support tables;supporting scorecards, manifests, checksums, and stepwise reports documenting the hardening pathway.
