This paper proposes a minimal formal framework for describing complex systems as evolving possibility spaces. The framework connects systems theory, evolutionary dynamics, and information theory. The model treats systems not as trajectories within fixed state spaces, but as transformations of endogenously produced possibility spaces. The work was developed between February and March 2026 through resonance authorship — a structured human–AI collaboration between Bastian Brexner and Claude (Anthropic).
