This study elaborates a comparative review of ASD, superior intelligence, and twice-exceptional spectrum with their prevalence, differences, diagnostic, coexistence, and potentialcomorbidities focusing on a clinical and differential perspective. The dimensions of the multipleconditions and cognitive-behavioral disorders set challenges in and out of academia, present withadverse diagnostic and converging processes that are ineffective with some clinical conditionsthat denote comorbidities and coexistence with other disorders
