When designing a curriculum based on outcomes, it becomes clear that the points to consider differ depending on the level of the incoming students. By introducing this along with appropriate measures during the guidance right after enrollment, and by conducting classes in line with those measures, students' learning abilities can improve. Moreover, Adler’s psychology can be referenced in this context, which ultimately contributes to the quality assurance of learning habits. This is because students' growth is fostered within a sense of community with their instructors as well as among the students themselves.
