This repository contains the raw data spreadsheet and R analysis code supporting the meta-analysis published in Comparative Biochemistry and Physiology Part A. The dataset includes effect sizes extracted from 40 independent empirical studies on aquatic ectotherms exposed to warming, hypoxia, and their combination. The R code covers all stages of the analysis pipeline: effect-size calculation, multilevel random-effects modelling (metafor), phylogenetic sensitivity analyses (rotl, ape), moderator analyses, publication bias diagnostics, and figure generation.
