This paper presents a replicable methodology for structured psychological self-research using a large language model as an analytical partner. The framework combines autoethnography, single-case research design, and expressive writing with conversational AI. The AI operates in four constrained roles — analyst, synthesizer, quality controller, and scribe — while all editorial decisions remain with the human researcher.
