Abstract

The goal of WP1 is to effectively oversee the project by addressing both organisational and technical elements. This involves submitting consistent technical reports to the European Commission (EC), recognising dependencies between working groups, identifying KPIs for innovation in materials and processes, and managing technical aspects. Additionally, this includes supervising administration and finances, assessing risks, managing data, and promoting open science practices. The present deliverable “D1.4 KPIs for the TERASUN technologies M4” will refine the list of KPIs that were initially defined in the proposal phase of the project as described in “T1.5 KPI definition, evaluation, and validation”
