Abstract The study aimed to identify social intelligence in schools within the Green Line: a qualitative study in the dynamics of interaction and educational practices, and the study adopted the qualitative approach, where the researcher conducted in-depth interviews with (45) teachers from the schools of the Green Line, the results of the interviews showed that the teachers presented a set of suggestions, including: Cultivating active listening practices in classrooms, Encouraging nonverbal communication awareness, Embedding empathy-driven activities in daily routines, Integrating cooperative learning projects into curricula, Leveraging digital platforms to enhance social interaction , the researcher recommends the following :Adopt flexible educational policies that prioritize social intelligence, ensuring sustainable interaction and adaptability in classroom practices. Establish school committees dedicated to social intelligence development, composed of teachers from different disciplines to enrich perspectives and strategies. Design interactive platforms and monitoring tools to evaluate the quality of social interactions and provide feedback for teachers and students. Conduct regular benchmarking with international schools to compare approaches in cultivating social intelligence and apply best practices locally. Implement structured training programs and workshops focused on empathy, communication, and conflict resolution skills for teachers and students.
